It's been a long time since our last update but even though we haven't been playing shows we've still been very, very busy.  Our debut full length album is nearly complete!  Tomorrow we're launching a Kickstarter campaign to help with the completion of the album.  We'd love if you could help us out.  Stay tuned for more details tomorrow and get ready to have Sad Face back in your life in 2013!!!

This Saturday night may just be our funnest show of the year.  We're playing at the Josephine, one of Seattle's hippest "underground" venues.  It's an all ages show which we rarely get to do so we're very excited to see some of our younger fans.  Two fantastic Seattle bands, 'Paper Machete' and 'The West', will be joining the bill with us.  We'll also be doing a couple of covers with members of 'Gerhadts' and 'Paper Machete'.  The cover songs are danceable favorites which will lead the way into a DJ set and dance party to cap off the night.  Come shake your booty with us!

We're playing two shows this week with San Francisco band San Francesca.  We're joining them on two of their summer tour stops.  The first is on Tuesday July 10th in Bellingham at the Cabin Tavern.  Then on Wednesday we'll be at the Lofi in Seattle with locals Danny the Street opening up the night.  You're going to love San Francesca's chill avant-electro vibe.  Come and hang out with us.

The 'Crybaby Studios' 2012 compilation CD is now complete.  It will be released at three shows during the next three Saturdays at the 'Comet'.  We're playing this Saturday, June 16th at the first of the release shows.  We recorded a newish tune called 'Paper Bag' and are really excited with how it turned out.  The rest of the CD is also excellent.  It's an incredible survey of the current rock scene in Seattle.  All of the bands featured on the compilation are currently gigging, recording, touring and are all very active in Seattle at the moment.  All of the bands also happen to practice at 'Crybaby Studios'.
